Proficiency  and  Personality

When you're looking for personalized real estate services, Proficiency and Personality are the two most important criteria, in my opinion.

Proficiency: Is the person a true professional?

• I am a real estate agent, not a salesperson. By definition, "agency" requires me to work on your behalf -- and that's a responsibility I take quite seriously. Whether you’re buying a home or selling a home, you'll receive the benefit of my knowledge, analytical abilities, negotiation strategies, and integrity.

Personality: How will you and your family interact with the agent?

• Moving can have its stresses, but finding your new home shouldn't be one of them. Do you really want to drive around for days with Mr. or  Ms. Grumpy looking for your new home?  It's 2010 and everybody knows starched shirts and suits are for board meetings. ...And I don't mind being in the car with the kids either. Let's go looking for your new home!
